Villa Tereza is the perfect mountain lodge for 4 families or a group of friends. It offers up to 20 beds in 4 family suite-style rooms. You can rent the entire villa for a group for a whole week or just a weekend, complete with a kitchenette and a common room with a fireplace. It is also available for wedding rentals, with the option to provide your own food and drinks or combine it with hotel catering services.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Up to 30 days before arrival: No cancellation fee, handling fee of 1,000 CZK.

  • 30–14 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee.

  • 14–0 days before arrival: 100% cancellation fee.

FREE TERMS

  • Rental is possible only for the entire lodge with a capacity of 16–18 beds – 4 family rooms (8 bedrooms).

  • Minimum Stay: 3 days (2 nights).

  • Price Includes: Bed linens, towels, energy, and water consumption.

  • Price Does Not Include: Spa fee of 40 CZK per day per adult.

  • Refundable Deposit: 4000 CZK. Basic cleaning of the property is required before departure (washed dishes, trash removed, swept floors). Alternatively, cleaning can be arranged for 2000 CZK per lodge.

  • The booking is confirmed after a 100% advance payment of the stay price.

  • Upon request, up to 3 extra beds can be added (400 CZK/extra bed/night).

  • The dates listed below are for reference only. A selected date may be booked before the availability is updated.
